Allow users on non-standard domains in Subscriber Lists

Currently Graze subscriber lists seem to be implicitly restricted to bsky.social. This feels like something that needs fixing.

in a Graze subscriber list.I'd like to suggest visiting their Support chat via Discord, it might be a bug. 🙂
