Better handling of imported posts

At present imported posts get added to the feed with the date of the time of import, this has the result in flooding the feed with all the imported posts.
So it would be good to be able handle these better, some options that could help:
Filter all the posts
Move them to the bottom of the feed
Honour the original time/date and place them into the timeline

we already do this. we investigated some places where we saw this and it was due to a person uploaded backdated posts, but they first upload them as non-backdated posts then apply the real date after upload. Our current system doesnt handle this. we've banned those few users from feeds for now. if it becomes more of an issue we'll circle back!

OK, that's good to hear, however I have just re-checked my feed:
And there are still a bunch of imported posts from @hgjohn.bsky.social about 4 days ago.
Given that he appears to be a genuine poster and someone who might want to use my feed I would prefer not to ban him entirely if that's the only option as the posts are not a big issue unless someone is trawling over older posts. I mostly mention it so you are aware and could take a look if needed.
