Filter based on handle, display name, and bio

I have a couple novelty feeds that I'd like to move over that filter based on display name and handle. Bio seems like another good field to add too. This might be a bit more work if you're not already storing/caching the profile records for users.

This can filter out adult content! I started looking into how to create a feed today because some art feeds I use get nsfw stuff in them they shouldn't, and ended up here. The vast majority of adult artists use keywords in their bio we can filter out.

It would be really nice to filter based on user bios. Two use cases for me:

It will help filter out bot accounts from feeds as they often have "bot" or "automated" in the bio.
I run a feed about my city. I'd like to filter out replies from the general firehose unless they have the city name in their bio.
