Retroactively Update Feeds

When adding new logic to feeds (e.g. to filter out unwanted content), allow us to retroactively remove any old posts in the feed that the new logic criteria affect, rather than going and manually removing them.

That's a really nice idea. Especially since it could be implemented by processing the current feed contents through the feed engine again -- which should cost less than 0.01% as much as regenerating the whole thing.
