To slow down accounts that posts too fast and/or a lot, but they're legit accounts (i.e. not spammers).

Settings:

* Type: {all users, userlist, single user}

* Time: { № of Posts × Time duration }

* If userlist is selected: Node changes to a list of userlist fields (with Add new Userlist at the bottom). It's == (in list) by default.

* If single user is selected: Node changes to a list of single user fields (with Add new user button at the bottom). It's == (in list) by default.

Example: 1

* Type: all users

* Time: 7 posts per 30 minutes

Example 2:

* Type: userlist

* Userlist 1: users-who-posts-video-every-20 seconds

* Userlist 2: users-who-repost-every-news-article-on-the-planet

* Time: 15 posts × 1 hour and 15 minutes

Example 3:

* Type: single user

* User 1: i-post-60-videos-because-it-is-60mins-long

* User 2: it-is-post-2-chapters-of-your-book-day

* Time: 3 × 45 min.
